Our Higher Selves in Dreamland

Last night I dreamt I had a reading with an Intuitive I worked with many years ago. She was the one who told me of my gluten allergy which eventually led to my clairvoyant abilities expanding in such a way that it is now my life’s work. You can read my gluten-free story here.

The reading was extremely helpful and I remember it in detail. I must have called her in subconsciously because I needed her help. Later in the dream I met with someone from my past that I clearly have unresolved business with. The experience of the dream allowed us to work together in a safe space and I am already feeling resolution.

Dreams are a powerful portal into the many realms our higher being travels through. Many of my clients have told me of their experiences assisting in the healing of others in far way places while they were sleeping. If you find yourself dreaming and healing I suggest you ask for the assistance of Archangel Michael–as it’s good to have protection however you travel.

The most powerful clairvoyant guidance I receive for myself is while I am still lucid but also falling asleep. My Guides also like to do Reiki on me when I’m in this state. It must be because I’m more relaxed and open to receiving.

Dreamland is a mystical place with endless possibilities. We have the opportunity to be ourselves in different and surreal ways that somehow make sense. It is also a beautiful reminder of all the dimensions out there.

Dreamily,

Julie

Let’s Manifest: We Deserve!

For many of us, the biggest hurdle in successful manifesting is not that we are being unrealistic in our desires. It’s that we feel we don’t deserve it.

What we are asking for is totally reasonable. Some of us want to get a promotion, find a life partner or quit an unhealthy habit. We are not asking for millions of dollars or to live in a mansion. Our desires are mostly at a basic level. Yet we sometimes still feel unworthy.

If you were to say: “Why me?”. I would respond: “Why not you?”.

Look at it this way:

  • When you manifest successfully you teach others to do the same and you and bring more love and light into the world.
  • If there is something you desire, likely you feel a psychic instinct that you heal a person or situation when you reach your goal.
  • Manifesting allows you to live your authentic self. This elevates all of us.

The next time you think you don’t deserve something you aspire to–think of all the healing you can do for the world once you reach your destined goal.

Let us all think of something we want right now and know that when one of us reaches our destination it will raise up the rest of us!

Blessings–Julie

Our Charged Relationship With the Internet

Every contact we have with the internet has a charge. This charge is rarely neutral. Each time we log in we are looking for something: this results in an energetic shift. Sometimes this shift can be uplifting and other times it can affect our emotions in a negative way.

Many times on the computer we are working in the lower energies. We are not paying attention to the world around us. We go to the computer to escape or perhaps to get an adrenal buzz.

Ideally we ingest information that lifts our spirits and connects us to new people and cultures. The internet has the capacity to expand our minds and literally change the world.

In order to maintain a balanced relationship with your computer I suggest you set aside time each day to log in. Make that time sacred and special. Pay attention to your breathing. Be mindful of your connections with others and take in the information you receive with complete attention.  There is a lot of beauty on the web and it deserves your full awareness when you are there. Once you have gotten that uplifting surge– walk away. Don’t go looking for another high. Experience life, though it may be uncomfortable, and wait another day.

Ideally, you will have one day per week that is free of technology. Try it and see how it makes you feel.

Here’s to having balance, balance, balance and more balance! -Julie

Messages from My Guides

My Guides have been really aggressive in getting information to me today. I don’t think it’s any accident that a bag of frozen vegetables fell on my head! I wanted to pass on the information that came through in case it will be useful to my readers:

  • If you are not stretching, you are not taking care of yourself.
  • You must get rid of anything not in use. I want you to focus on unwanted gifts. If you choose to keep these gifts they will drain you as you are agreeing to take on unwanted energy.
  • You are sitting too much! Stand up more than you sit and while you are at it go barefoot.
  • Trusting your inner voice is essential in becoming more intuitive.
  • Be gentle with yourself and others.

Have a blessed day!-Julie

Raise Your Vibration: Listen to Music

I am so inspired to shine my own light when I see musicians performing. They are often clearly visiting higher vibrations—I think that is why so many artists have issues with substance abuse. When you travel to higher dimensions it can be hard to come down to the earth plane. This is common for lightworkers as well and that’s why we so often discuss the importance of grounding.

I love listening to music during my morning walks in the woods or with a cup of tea in the afternoon. The musicians’ traveling to these higher planes has the effect of grounding me. I have chosen a list of my current favorites—all that I feel raise my own vibration.

My First Blog Awards and Award Giveaways!

I am thrilled and delighted to receive two blog awards in the past week.

The first was the Versatile Blogger Award from Swimming in the Mud –a thoughtful blog full of fun and vitality and a real gem.

The second award was from Madame Weebles. She is hilarious and is also a Reiki Master. You must visit this unusual blog!

The rules for the Versatile Blogger Award are:

- Thank the blogger who nominated you.

- Share 7 random things about yourself. (My list is at the end of the post)

- Nominate 15 fellow bloggers.

- Inform the bloggers of their nomination.

- Add the Versatile Blogger Award pic on your blog post.

The rules for the Beautiful Blogger award are similar to the Versatile Award: bestow it upon 7 other bloggers and list 7 random things about yourself.

The best part of getting awards is giving them away. Like Madam Weebles I decided to combine the awards. You can accept one or both. Please don’t feel obligated to acknowledge the awards or pass them on I really just wanted to honor you and pass your info on to my clients and other bloggers as you are all amazing resources of wisdom.

There are many, many blogs I love and learn from but I decided to only nominate those I don’t think have gotten any blog awards. Though they have all gotten well deserved awards I wanted to take this opportunity to give a special shout out Cauldrons and CupcakesZen BeingA Leaf in Springtime and again to Madame Weebles–I am deeply grateful for your work and your continued encouragement.

And the list is (in no particular order)…

And my 7 random things:

  1. I studied belly dance and yoga with Magana Baptiste. For many years her studio was my spiritual home.
  2. My previous career was in child welfare working with several counties and a local television station to recruit foster and adoptive parents for the many, many children in need in the San Francisco Bay Area.
  3. My husband plants the vegetables and I send Reiki to them.
  4. I grew up in Long Island, NY– but after 20 years in California I no longer sound like I’m from Lawg Guy-Land.
