Let’s Manifest: Magnetizing Images

Creating the life you want should be fun and effortless.  If it feels like you are pushing to make things work, likely you are trying too hard.

Best to loosen your grip and have some fun! Manifesting is a powerful tool, always at your disposal, to bring you closer to the life you want to live. Manifesting works best when done with faith, fun and lightness. In other words, don’t be hard on yourself and don’t be attached to the outcome.

Creating images in your mind is a simple way to manifest that is also a lot of fun. For some of us, tapping into an image instead of words can be a lot less loaded. Likely because negative self-talk has no chance of taking over.

Here is how:

  • Think of something you want.
  • Think of a positive image that relates to your goal.
  • Think of this image whenever you need a boost.

Here are a few examples:

  • If you are looking to lose weight: picture the scale with your goal number.
  • If you are looking to be more financially abundant: envision yourself surrounded by money. You can also see you and your loved ones under a money tree.
  • To connect more deeply with a loved one: see yourself and loved one surrounded in pink or green (both related to heart chakra).
  • If you have a deadline you would like to reach: picture the date surrounded by light.

You may borrow and image from someone else or use your own. It really doesn’t matter as long as it is associated with your goal.

The Angels are telling me again to relay to you: stop being so hard on yourself. :)

  1. Thank you for this, Julie. I love your simple and doable examples. And I think you’re right, imagery is such a great way to manifest. I think that while the Divine does understand language, imagery is the better language of the Universe.

  2. Loved reading this and I seem to need the message, it is repeated often. Makes me wonder how everyone who ingests tv garbage is doing..? Odd I know, but I broke up with the idiot box years ago. Too many negatives and focus on materialism/perceived lack.
Thanks Julie ! You have the best timing !

  3. Hi Julie, I put up a post today about manifesting and then I came to your blog and see you had written about it as well (one day earlier). How fun! No coincidences that we both had manifesting on the brain. Great subject and post!

  4. I think not putting yourself down is one of our biggest challenges. Just they way we talk to ourselves in our head matters. I’ve recently turned a new leaf by acknowledging I’m worth it because I’m here. It’s a process, but I’m already noticing a difference in my conversations with friends and family. I’m not inside my head as much. I’ve also realized this is an ongoing never ending practice. Knowing your self worth- everything you have to say is important, everything you feel is important, everything you wish to be is valid and can be accomplished. Owning this is the best gift you can give not just yourself but your loved ones too. Energy is contagious.

  5. I actually just started doing this sort of visualizing, and it really helps. I mean, I haven’t seen concrete results of it yet but it feels like something is shifting so I think that’s a good sign. :)

  6. An image really is worth a thousand words! It’s easier to see an image in your mind then to concentrate on words. And that image really does overwhelm your emotions, more so than words. Thanks for sharing! I will have to keep the images alive in my mind!
