Reiki One Classes

Anyone can learn Reiki.

It is a powerful healing modality to use in all aspects of your life. Reiki offers you the opportunity to become deeply empowered in your ability to heal yourself and others through hands on healing. Reiki is passed through an attunement process.  After the first session you will be able to channel universal life force energy to yourself and others. Reiki knows where to go and requires little effort. It is compatible with western medicine and every healing modality.

After the class you will have the tools to:

• Heal yourself and loved ones on many levels
• Incorporate Reiki into your work
• Start your own Reiki practice

The classes are fun, restorative and you will open yourself to a new way of being in the world.

The class is divided into two sessions as many shifts occur following an attunement.

Session One:  Guided meditation, Reiki attunement, history, working with and understanding Reiki, group practice

Session Two: Reiki and spirit guides, different Reiki techniques, intuition and Reiki, group practice

The fee includes both sessions, a certificate with your lineage in the Usui line and a binder full of resources to support you in your Reiki adventures.

Total fee: $195

Students create class/3-4 students required
